You have every color booty band and know all the kickback, jump squat, band walk moves…
But for some reason your butt still doesn’t look like theirs??
That’s because the glutes are one of the strongest muscles in your body and in order to BUILD IT, you have to ACTUALLY STRESS IT.
While you may find yourself “getting a good burn”….🔥
The burn doesn’t really represent anything other than lack of oxygen and presence of hydrogen ions that create acidity in the muscle.
Essentially, your glutes can handle way more load than you’re giving them and frankly because most people aren’t giving them adequate recovery between jump squats and extra kickbacks, even if they ARE losing them properly – they’re not seeing what they want.

✅Squat
✅Deadlift
✅Bridges
✅Lunges
✅Step ups
✅Keep band accessory work just that, ACCESSORY. Not the entire workout.
If you’re not following a solid strength training plan you’re missing out on so many benefits, not just a good booty.
