If you’re not consistently training and hitting macros, eating your vegetables already – don’t even think about it.
Focus on basics then get fancy.
Carbs are not the only factor to be manipulated for weight loss but they are a huge determine factor in MUSCLE BUILDING and brain function so this can be a good tool to manipulate those things.
