To perform this testing, I recommend splitting it up over two days. Perform all bodyweight exercises on day one in each direction and leave the Farmers Carry for day 2.
Please keep in mind while testing that FORM MATTERS MOST. It doesn’t matter if you make the goal time if your form is garbage and you’re compensating with the improper musculature. If you can film yourself, have a mirror to look in while testing, or even better someone to call you out – this is ideal. Be safe, be strong.
These numbers are not definitive but are simply designed to give you a guide on where to start. While you may be able to perform some of the exercises at the higher levels, do so with caution, close attention to form, intentional engagement, and lighter loads if possible.
