Everyone complains about not having enough time to stretch, but did you know that intra-set stretching can potentially help with muscle growth?! Stick with easy movements as you’re not looking to tax the body, for short periods of time.
No ones drinking enough water and while you don’t want to get FULL you need to replace what you lose during the workout anyway.
Dance because it makes you happy and feels good to move your body!!
