Make It Permanent

I’m not here to suck the life out of you…

I don’t do 30 day “challenges” or a nose to the grindstone kind of coaching.

Most people jump on board ready to go 0-60 in a week and I can appreciate that…but that motivation won’t stick around and neither will anything I try to implement if we don’t integrate them strategically.

If you’re energy is consistently lower than a 6/10,

Or your stress levels are consistently higher than a 6/10

And you’re piling long workouts or extra cardio and food restriction on top of that…

You’re going to feel like sh!t.

You’re not going to keep that up (and you shouldn’t).

You’re going to lose muscle.

And you’re going to fall back into the same unhealthy habits you had before you started.

But I’m here to tell you there’s a better way!!

– Find workout durations that are sustainable and don’t leave you drained.

– Balance your food intake to a MINIMAL deficit, or maybe it’s time you take break from that until you can reduce other stress levels

– Lastly, please eat your carbs.

This is a lifelong journey, not a 30 (or 75) day race.
You only fail when you quit.
Spend your time creating habits that are SUSTAINABLE FOR YOU.
It may be slow, but the goal is that it’s the last time you have to “change your life”.
