Quick Fixes For Cellulite

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you’re wasting your money…

If something promises a QUICK & EFFORTLESS FIX to “freezing” “sculpting”, “burning”, or otherwise removing body fat through a machine, electrical stimulation, heat, cold or ANY OTHER similar method that involves you lying on a table while an external stimulus (short of liposuction & plastic surgery) removes fat from your body – you’re looking at minimal to no results at best.

A meta-analysis (a study looking at a collection of studies) done on “noninvasive body contouring devices in animal and human studies such as cryolipolysis, RF, LLLT and HIFU showed statistical significant effects on body contouring, removing unwanted fat and cellulite in some body areas.

However, the clinical effects are mild to moderate, for example 𝟮-𝟰 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 of circumference as a sign of subcutaneous fat reduction during total treatment sessions.”

These treatments have become extremely popular in the last few years with varying names but things such as Trusculpt, Coolsculpting, Electromuscle Body Sculpting (EMSculpt) and Lipo Sculpt Lite among others.

The GOOD NEWS is that you can save thousands of dollars by not wasting your time on these things that may produce minimal results with a high likelihood of unsustainability.

Instead, invest it into learning and applying PERMANENT CHANGES to your LIFESTYLE that will allow you to ACTUALLY reduce cellulite, build muscle, lose inches AND improve your hormones, blood lipid levels, and overall quality of life.
