Random workouts get you random results

I so rarely post full workouts on here because I don’t want you finding different workouts on IG every day to try and get results.

It doesn’t work like that.

Pick a workout, do it for 4 weeks minimum, up to 8-12 weeks with some minor tweaks and work at perfecting and increasing those lifts.

This workout is one from my online group training program.

❇️Single Arm Decline Row 3×8-10

❇️Incline Db Chest Fly 3×10-15

❇️Incline Db Reverse Fly 3×10-15

❇️Plank Forearm Walks 2×20

Warm up included this workout took me less than an hour.
