I so rarely post full workouts on here because I don’t want you finding different workouts on IG every day to try and get results.
It doesn’t work like that.
Pick a workout, do it for 4 weeks minimum, up to 8-12 weeks with some minor tweaks and work at perfecting and increasing those lifts.
