This might be some people’s BIGGEST struggle in the gym.
Your rest period is arguably one of the most important components of your workout!
Resting too much? Not enough work being done.
Resting too little? Not recovering adequately to push more weight/ get stronger /build muscle.
Most people I work with (mostly women) do everything they can to skip their rest. They feel like they’re not doing enough.
Don’t be like that.
The recovery is where the real growth happens!
This is so metaphorical but also very literal. Swipe right and stop skipping your rest!!
