Stop over complicating it

What are they going to come up with next?!

Every time I turn around they have a new rule to losing fat and how to do it better.

It’s easy to get lost in finding the “perfect”, fastest, easiest way to reach your goals so let me break it down into the simplest, most effective things you can do to create a healthy lifestyle.

🙊Make 80% of your plate and meals Whole Foods and 90% of your meals include protein.

🙉Eat until you’re satisfied but not full

🙈Strength train 2-3 days/week

🐵Cardio 60-120 mins/week depending on intensity.

🙊Drink at least 1/2 your bodyweight in oz every day

🙉Sleep 6-8 hrs/night

That’s it. I know, it seems too easy.

Once you get those down, if you have more specific goals to work toward – let’s talk. But if you aren’t doing those basic things, I don’t want to hear “nothing works”.
