❇️Hip Circles / CARs: 5-8 ea
❇️90-90 Active Transfer: 2 mins – push and pull yourself into and out of the stretch in both internal and external rotation
❇️Frog Rockback w/optional Internal Rotation Liftoff: 1-2 min
❇️Lunge Rockback w/optional extra quad stretch: 1-2 mins
This hits all angles of the hips to help centrate the joint and work out some kinks!
If a spot needs a little more love feel free to hang out for longer.
Play with pressing into resistance and lifting off for extra credit👍🏼
