It’s no wonder why most women have such bad body image.
We’re constantly blasted with this kind of toxic messaging that’s not only insulting, but usually doesn’t even provide a legitimate solution.
You can’t “blast fat”, you don’t “tone” with a 20 exercise circuit and getting rid of hip dips would require serious restructural surgery.
I often talk with clients about SELF talk, but that self talk comes from somewhere.

❗️Do you see it in the magazines you read?
❗️Do you follow people on social media who market like this??
‼️Find new shows, most magazines are whack, and UNFOLLOW.
Just like our kids, the messaging we hear whether consciously or unconsciously gets engrained into our brains then transferred to our own words and actions.
We are impacted by this more than we would like to think and it’s something that needs to be monitored.
The more you’re aware of this, the more you’ll notice it and the better you can guard yourself against this kind of negative message.
