Do you have a goal?

Do you have a plan to reach that goal?

Thinking about what you’d LIKE to do, or what you SHOULD do only gets you so far.

I talk to a lot of people about their goals and some of those people have a plan of ACTION – but most of them don’t.

Talking to me might be their first step (and sometimes their only one), but otherwise when I ask that question, despite HAVING GOALS they’d like to achieve – most people HAVE NO CLUE WHAT ACTION THEY’RE GOING TO TAKE TO TAKE TO GET THEM THERE.

What I’ve found is that we get overwhelmed at the SIZE of our ultimate goal, so break it down.

ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS:

What is ONE DAILY ACTION you can take to get you closer to your goal?

What is ONE WEEKLY ACTION you can take to get you closer to your goal?

What is ONE MONTHLY action you can take to get you closer to your goal?

EXAMPLE ANSWERS:

DAILY: Drink 80-100 oz water
WEEKLY: 2-3 workouts / week
MONTHLY: Reward for reaching smaller goals

Obviously these options are endless –
But can you answer these and start implementing for yourself??
