I want to talk about something I’ve come across quite a bit lately and that’s people spending so much on workout equipment that they can’t afford to learn how to reach their goals using it…
How much have you spent on that treadmill that just gathers dust in the now storage room?
Or the weight set that after you hurt your back on it, sits untouched?
You don’t need fancy equipment.
A $20 set of resistance bands, a gallon of water, some soup cans, a bucket, a chair, your WILLPOWER and ACTUAL COACHING will get you further than any special equipment you buy.
So please…stop buying equipment, or sell what you have and invest in someone who can help you learn what you ACTUALLY need and what you can do WITHOUT it!
