You start to eat “healthy” by eating egg whites, chicken breast, celery and carrots which adds up to about 800 calories over the day.
And by the end of the week you’re STARVING because you’ve also started working out.
The reality of it is that eating that little might work for a little bit, it might work once or twice – if you can stick with it without wanting to binge on the weekends – but it won’t work forever, and once you go back to your normal eating habits you’re going to gain it all back.
