Reaching your goals doesn’t have to be restrictive or miserable, health doesn’t come in a shake and if your plan is not individual to you there’s a good chance it won’t be permanent.
If you’ve tried a “diet” before and weren’t successful, that’s not necessarily your fault. Most plans don’t set you up for sustainability.
When we look for extreme results and that’s what sells, that’s what companies create. Extreme plans, extreme diets, etc.
Stop chasing the instant gratification and start recognizing then breaking down patterns that have gotten you where you are.
