I start each of my clients with an assessment to see how their joints work and what they’re capable of so that I don’t give them exercises in ranges their body can’t access and control.
This is a key step that most trainers are missing – online and in person – when creating programs for people. If you’re in a group class, it’s not even a discussion – you just do what everyone else is doing… and pay for it later.
With my methods I’ve been able to help my clients navigate other physical activities they enjoy without causing further harm or exacerbating existing issues to improve not only their physiques but QUALITY OF LIFE!
