Build a Booty

Sorry sister, those booty bands ain’t it.

You wanna build a booty – you gotta make them WORK.

🍑The glutes are a very big and very strong muscle (or group of muscles) and while bands CAN be used for various things, it’s not without some heavy ass (pun intended) basic lifts and FOOD!

In order to build size and strength you have to work to maximum capacity of the muscle, so not only do the bands not provide enough stimulus – but often in the way their used (around the knees) for things like squats and hip thrusts it can actually limit the force produced in the direction we want (like extension).

✌🏼Leave your bands at home and get comfortable moving some heavy weight around.

You’re stronger than you think – I promise!

Then of course in order to build we have to EAT!

🍚Remember that song, red beans and rice did miss her?
He knew what he was talking about…

I want to feed you and make you strong.

Are you seeing the results you want? Send me a DM if you want a little more direction!
