I know, running is easy. You just put your shoes on and go without much thought.
Plus, it can be scary to pick up a weight and move in a way that feels foreign to you.

❗️The impact of each foot strike is 3-4 TIMES YOUR BODY WEIGHT which for a 5 mile run you’re looking at 1300 tons of impact!
So while running may seem mindless with any repetitive high impact movements – FORM IS EVERYTHING, so if you’re not working on proper mechanics or if you have muscle imbalances you’re likely looking at some sort of overuse injury.
