“I don’t have time to workout”
Have those words ever come out into your head or worse, out of your mouth?

I’ve had moms of ALL kinds come to me and be successful in creating a plan:
– Single
– Stay at home
– Doctors
– Multiple jobs
– Multiple kids
– You freaking name it.
There are so many “rules” people think they have to follow.
And long ass, “high intensity” workouts seem to be one of the main ones that are popular right now as “the best/only way”.
Well it’s not true.
If you can do a set of 10 squats with your baby in the pack at 8am, 12pm and 4pm –
thats 3X10 SQUATS on paper, and similarly registers with your body.
If you can do 10 pushups every time you walk into the kitchen to get your kid a snack – you’re probably up to at LEAST 50 pushups by the end of the day and that might take you 10-15 seconds at a time!
This type of method is called EXERCISE SNACKS
“Dr. Martin Gibala, Professor of Kinesiology at McMaster University Hamilton, explains: ‘There are proteins in the body that serve as molecular ‘fuel gauges,’ and trigger physiological remodeling in response to the stress of exercise. Brief bouts of vigorous effort can activate these proteins similar to traditional endurance training, and despite a lower time commitment.’”
