CONSISTENCY.
I’m really harping on this consistency thing lately but in all seriousness, it’s the biggest obstacle I see with clients.
They get discouraged after a couple weeks of taking care of themselves because they’re not seeing the changes they wanted or expected…
Reality is, you didn’t get here overnight.
You have two options.
1. Keep doing the actions that make you healthy, strong and more energized even if you don’t feel like you’re seeing changes fast enough.
2. Go back to doing things that make you feel like garbage, make you weak and unhealthy and be miserable once again.
Literally. Those are your options.
What sounds better..??
Just. Keep. Going.

I know a lot of people are coming back after this weekend with family feeling defeated, but instead – take it as a new opportunity to STAY CONSISTENT. GET BACK TO YOUR ROUTINE.
