Excitement and motivation are fleeting, so before you’ve solidified these lifestyle habits and the discipline you need to complete your goal, you need to find your WHY. The best laid out plan in the world doesn’t work if you won’t stick to it, so your adherence is the most important factor here.
You need to create a vision of not only where you want to go, but why you want to get there. Maybe you want to gain self-confidence, be able to run after kiddos, be an example for a loved one, or feel sexier. Whatever your reason(s), you need to identify your why.
Work on your mindset, dig deeper than “ I want to lose this fat here”. Why do you want to change your fitness? Why do you feel that way? Know your why.
